When will my order arrive?
Orders going to Croatian addresses are usually delivered within 2 to 3 days from the day of dispatch, but international orders can take up to several weeks to be delivered. Please be patient. Your order will be sent out 2-5 days after it has been placed. If you need an item by a specific date, please let us know at [email protected].
Delivery times for EU countries are within 3-7 working days and for the rest of the world within 10-35 working days after sending (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).
Under normal circumstances, orders are packed and shipped out of our studio within 2-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has shipped. There are estimated shipping times (starting after the items have left the studio) for each zone above.
Delivery Costs
The cost of shipping appears on your order. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and they will be calculated after adding products to cart, by the website itself. We offer tracked shipping to a long list of countries. If you find your country not being listed, feel free to drop us a line at [email protected].
We offer flexible shipping rates based on your order weight and free shipping based on the minimum order amounts. For deliveries within Croatia and EU we use GLS package service, and for the rest of the world we use Croatian Post (Hrvatska pošta).

You will be required to sign the receipt of your package, so please make sure someone is there to receive it.
Unfortunately, we cannot control any delays caused by customs.
Correct delivery information
Please make sure to enter your delivery address correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.
Tracking number
We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. There is a possibility of short delays, but it is out of our hands. Resending the same shipments is additionally charged.
Duties and taxes
Please note that if your order is being shipped outside Croatia or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
